Gorgeous matcha dragon jellycat! So happy x
The item itself was brilliant, just as described, however, delivery time dreadful! Almost as soon as you complete order an email comes apologising that they are a small team and it will take longer! Well fine, say that before the order completed, almost 3 weeks, missed the birthday altogether and just was not the same so long afterwards. Very disappointed .
Good experience with this sellar
It’s a present for my daughter who is travelling at the moment
Great to secure this Jellycat. We couldn't get it in New York so over the moon to be able to buy it for my daughter.
Your selling service is amazing. Yes I knew due to the distance that the shipping would take slightly longer but I was kept updated on every step of the process. Huge thanks the gift was hugely appreciated so well worth the wait.
Bought as a gift ,

Second time I’ve ordered.. Amazing customer service and beautiful products.
Adorable!
So cute!
Great experience. Item as described and a great price. Loved the personalised communication from the company too- very responsive to questions
The delivery takes far too long for the product to arrive. I ordered the item under the impression it was a UK based company but it appears the items were coming from China which the company doesn’t state so I think this needs to be more transparent. I thought ordering approx 3 weeks before the child’s birthday was ample time but if I had know it would take 3 weeks to arrive I would have bought the item elsewhere
Shipping took a little longer than expected, however the customer service when I reached out was excellent. I got a response immediately with an update. Overall a good experience
Great product. Had to wait a while to receive it but overall very happy.
They did take a little more time for delivery than expected but they arrived very well packed and all complete. I am sure my twin grandchildren will love them on Xmas day.
The Jellycat I ordered was exactly how it was pictured and such beautiful quality and soft

He’s lovely but took so long to get to me as he was a birthday present
I did have a longer than expected delivery wait however I was kept in the loop the whole time with some really helpful and friendly emails. My bag charm and the immaculate packaging were worth the wait. Exceptional service from start to finish from a super professional and caring company. A genuine JellyCat product and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.
