The toy is very soft and seems well-made. It is just like the picture online, no shortcuts or discrepancies. There was clear communication throughout shipping. The toy wasn't shipped until the week following purchase, so order with enough time before you need it. It took about 2 weeks to come to Australia but only 1 week or slightly less in transit. I would order from here again, great selection, quality and communication.

Granddaughter loves the duck which took 32 days to get. Not exceptable! You need to work with better delivery and carriers. Saying you should get it soon and leading us on. You seem to care but reading reviews tells the same story. Slow delivery. Maybe buying something from overseas is not a good idea!
