The delivery takes far too long for the product to arrive. I ordered the item under the impression it was a UK based company but it appears the items were coming from China which the company doesn’t state so I think this needs to be more transparent. I thought ordering approx 3 weeks before the child’s birthday was ample time but if I had know it would take 3 weeks to arrive I would have bought the item elsewhere
Shipping took a little longer than expected, however the customer service when I reached out was excellent. I got a response immediately with an update. Overall a good experience
