It’s a birthday present so been used yet but know she’s going to love it 🥰
Got this for my daughter, we’ve been searching for him for ages. My daughter loves it. It’s so soft and fluffy too! Thank you
It was as described. Thank you. I would definitely recommend this company.
It was fun watching him travel across the world in the tracking to arrive in California! Thank you! My daughter loves him!

I’m was very happy with the item I received. My daughter will love it!
Second time I’ve ordered.. Amazing customer service and beautiful products.
Adorable!
So cute!
Great experience. Item as described and a great price. Loved the personalised communication from the company too- very responsive to questions
The delivery takes far too long for the product to arrive. I ordered the item under the impression it was a UK based company but it appears the items were coming from China which the company doesn’t state so I think this needs to be more transparent. I thought ordering approx 3 weeks before the child’s birthday was ample time but if I had know it would take 3 weeks to arrive I would have bought the item elsewhere
Shipping took a little longer than expected, however the customer service when I reached out was excellent. I got a response immediately with an update. Overall a good experience
Great product. Had to wait a while to receive it but overall very happy.
They did take a little more time for delivery than expected but they arrived very well packed and all complete. I am sure my twin grandchildren will love them on Xmas day.
The Jellycat I ordered was exactly how it was pictured and such beautiful quality and soft

He’s lovely but took so long to get to me as he was a birthday present
I did have a longer than expected delivery wait however I was kept in the loop the whole time with some really helpful and friendly emails. My bag charm and the immaculate packaging were worth the wait. Exceptional service from start to finish from a super professional and caring company. A genuine JellyCat product and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.
Beautiful Jellycat dragon! Arrived intact and looking cute. Looking forward to giving it to my friend for her birthday.
My daughter was very happy with the teddy. Delivery took a long time so I know for future to order early.
Exactly what my daughter asked for but with a very confusing checkout I accidentally ordered 2 and one other. Sent a message straight away and was told there's nothing they could do. Bollocks! Any order can be stopped before shipping. Basic logistics. Will not be ordering again.
Good communication and updates. Perfect gift.
Came super quick to Aus. Exactly as described.
It’s perfect!!
My daugher loves her Sky Dragon! It's so soft. She loves snuggling with it, even in the car. It looks really cute sitting on her bed, too.
