Return Conditions
Items must be unused and in their original condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging should remain intact. Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear cannot be returned. Returning an Item

  1. Reach Out: Email support@mytinymuffin.com with your order information, reason for return, and photos if relevant. Returns must be approved before shipping.
  2. Receive Instructions: Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the shipping address.
  3. Pack the Item Securely: Use the original packaging if possible to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping. A tracked shipping method is recommended.
  5. Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue your refund.

Refund Information
Refunds are credited to the original payment method once the return is approved. Approved refunds are usually completed within 7 days. A confirmation email will be sent after the refund is completed. Payment providers or banks can require extra time before releasing funds.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant, email support@mytinymuffin.com with your request and order details within 30 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging should remain intact. Once approved, follow the return instructions provided. After receiving your returned item, we will process and send the replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability; if the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@mytinymuffin.com. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been processed. If you no longer want to keep the item after delivery, you can request a return by following the return steps and conditions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we apologise for the inconvenience. Take clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue, and email support@mytinymuffin.com with your order number and images. After verification, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
