Beautiful original jellycat “Chp” the seagull absolutely gorgeous my granddaughter will love it. Only slight negative took quite a long time to come I wasn’t aware it came from The Netherlands . Just allow full 14 working days to come to UK

The item itself was brilliant, just as described, however, delivery time dreadful! Almost as soon as you complete order an email comes apologising that they are a small team and it will take longer! Well fine, say that before the order completed, almost 3 weeks, missed the birthday altogether and just was not the same so long afterwards. Very disappointed .

The delivery takes far too long for the product to arrive. I ordered the item under the impression it was a UK based company but it appears the items were coming from China which the company doesn’t state so I think this needs to be more transparent. I thought ordering approx 3 weeks before the child’s birthday was ample time but if I had know it would take 3 weeks to arrive I would have bought the item elsewhere
